BETHEL EVANGELICAL INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES LTD as a company limited by guarantee has the following strategic objectives
  1. To preach the gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide to the lost world and winning souls to the Lord in response to the great commission until all come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ. 
  2. To transform the world and strengthen the Church through organized fellowships, outreaches, seminars and conferences for preaching the Word of God.
  3. To establish churches after the New Testament pattern, that are self-governing, self-propagating and self-supporting bodies to be known as local churches.
  4. To work with the entire body of Christ in evangelization, discipleship and provide a cover for churches.
  5. To organize, mobilize and conduct prayer meetings, altars, walks and seminars to pray for the body of Christ, communities and nations.
  6. To exercise the oversight and supervision of all pastors, elders, and branch church leaders who in turn have the responsibility of the oversight of the churches.
  7. To offer moral, spiritual and marital counseling and guidance to the Christian individuals, broken hearted people, families and other members of society.
  8. To establish schools to provide education services, projects for empowerment, and promoting the livelihoods among the deprived. 
  9. To reach out to the lost, and the broken, with the word of hope and to demonstrate the love of God through supporting the needy.
  10. To organize business class meetings for entrepreneurial and business management skills. 
  11. To establish a ministry center to carry out the aforementioned activities of the organization.
  12. To establish schools including bible training, primary, secondary, vocational and tertiary institutions to promote education in the nation.
  13. To engage in activities which are designed to improve livelihoods of the life of needy people in projects for general welfare, clothing, food, shelter, education, literacy and income.
  14. Organize mission activities to reach out to the hurting world with the word of hope and encouragement through the Word of the Almighty of God. Implement psycho-social interventions in the society to promote matters relating to child development initiatives. 
  15. Mobilize and skillfully empower the needy people in different training programs such as functional adult literacy, career development and self-reliance. Give attention to the handicapped and incapacitated people including the blind, the deaf, the leper and the lame for their emancipation.
  16. To engage in activities to fight against the spread of HIV/AIDS and other diseases among the people, provide pyscho-social support, care and counseling to the HIV infected people. And encourage the youth against taking drugs, smoking and drinking alcoholic drinks, and to create awareness among them on HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted infections.
  17. To establish health centers for the provision of health care services.
  18. Promote the use of the Insecticide Treated Bed Nets, Indoor Insecticidal Residual Spraying, early diagnosis and prompt treatment among children, mothers and other target groups in the prevention and control of Malaria.
  19. To cooperate with any churches, missions, programs, ministries, and organizations in activities and programmes designed to bring about Christian transformation, evangelization and support to the disadvantaged. 
  20. To administer gifts, donations, financial grants and other contributions for the work of relief, supporting the needy, rehabilitation, reconstruction and development of the nation.
  21. To advocate for the rights of the poor, promote human rights and to raise a voice against exploitation, abuse, domestic violence, crime, injustice and corruption if found against any individual, class and community in the society.  
  22. To collect, purchase, store, transport, deliver, distribute and donate all kinds of items, supplies, equipment, materials and goods of all kinds for the use in relief, supporting the needy.
  23. To publish relevant Christian Based and other Spiritual related articles, Periodicals, Books or leaflets.  
  24. To cooperate with any churches, missions, programmes, ministries and organizations in activities and programmes designed to bring about Christian rebuilding, evangelization of the masses and support to the disadvantaged. 
  25. To receive donations, subscriptions, legacies ad gifts of all kinds for the promotion of its objectives, and to apply the same and all profits and income deprived there-form and from any other sources of income for the objectives of the organization, and to apply capital as well as income in forwarding the same.
  26. To subscribe to any local or other charities and to grant pensions, allowances, gratuities and bonuses to, and to provide a superannuation or any other fund or funds for the servants of the organization and otherwise to assist any such servants.
  27. To enter into any arrangements with any international bodies, governments or authorities, national bodies, public organizations, corporations, companies or persons for and to accept grants of money and of land, donations, gifts, subscriptions and other assistance with a view to promoting the objectives of the organization and in taking any gifts or property and to take the same subject to any special trust which may be prescribed by donor thereof. 
  28. To construct, maintain and alter any buildings or, erections and to provide the same with all proper and necessary fixtures, furniture, fittings, apparatus, appliance, conveniences and accommodation.
  29.  To borrow or raise any money that may be required by the Organisation upon such terms and upon security as may be deemed advisable.
  30. To employ with or without remuneration such officers, servants and other persons as the Organisation may think fit, for the carrying out of its objectives. And to remunerate any person, firm or company rendering service to this Organisation.
  31. To invest the monies of the Organisation not immediately required in any one or more of the modes of investments for the time being authorized by law for the investment of trust monies, and in such manner as may from time to time determine.
  32. To draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute and issue cheques, warrants, debentures and other negotiable or transferable instruments.
  33. To sell, improve, manage, develop, exchange, lease, mortgage, dispose of, turn to account or otherwise deal with all or any part of the property or rights of the Organisation and to purchase or take on lease or by any other means acquire any movable or immovable property for any estate or interest whatever and any rights, privileges or easements over or in respect of any property, and any buildings, machinery, engines, plant, live or dead stock or things whatsoever. 
  34. To procure the Organisation to be registered or recognized in any other estate and by any foreign country or place.
  35. To do any other lawful activity to the attainment of the objectives of this organization.
